Construction Management

Public Works Construction Management

Jason Engineering personnel have participated in various state and federal public works projects.  We provide services to track and inspect underground utilities (e.g. storm and sewer pipes, etc.) as they are placed.  We are capable of producing pay estimates for municipalities and subcontractors with organized back up information for state and federal audits.  Since we have the capacity to perform testing and inspection, we provide construction management with quality assurance testing and inspection included.  This allows the maximum flexibility for a successful project.

Field inspectors are responsible for performing testing and inspection services in the field on the various projects.  Each inspector will perform inspection services for which they have been fully licensed to perform (i.e. concrete, masonry, structural steel, fireproofing, etc.).  Inspectors will be responsible for completing all paperwork for the inspections performed, ensuring that the specifications and applicable codes are followed or that the engineer of record has been informed and accepted any noted deviations.  They are also responsible for obtaining any field samples as needed and making sure that the samples are properly submitted to the laboratory personnel for the appropriate testing.
